2017 Beaux Arts Fairs Food Vendor Application
Spring Fair May 13th & 14th / Fall Fair September 9th & 10th
 
HOW TO ENTER:
Submit completed application including diagram / layout
showing serving side(s) and square footage. Image of your
booth
A complete menu with prices, all items to be offered for sale
must be listed . Items not listed may not be sold.
Vendor fees must be submitted with application for
consideration
Upon acceptance, all food vendor fees will be deposited.
Those not accepted, checks will be returned.
Last day to cancel with refund / Spring Fair April,1st / Fall

These juried fine art / fine craft fairs
are held outdoors downtown Davenport, IA rain or shine. An office fee of $25.00 will be deducted..no refund after
"The Beaux Art Fund Committee", a non-profit group of these dates
volunteers, donates all vendor fees to the Figge Art
Museum to help fund exhibitions and educational The Beaux Art Fund Committee reserves the right to limit the
programs. No commissions will be charged. same types of food that can participate in the event.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

any private property used by the Beaux Art Fairs as additional

Aug. 15th Scott Co. permit due All vendors must provide all equipment and materials for their
Sept. 9th & 10th Fall Fair booth. Including tent coverage, fire extinguisher.
HOURS FOR BOTH FAIRS: If water is needed, vendor must supply 200 feet of
non-leaking white hose for water supply to your unit. All
Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. connections must be attached with a back flow protection
Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. device.All materials must be stored within the confines of your
assigned area. Refrigerated trucks will not be allowed if they

$300.00 for 10 x 10 Specialty Food Booth (1 menu item) No generators! All power must be purchased with application
$400.00 for 10 x 30 Multiple food items All booths will be on pavement. Come prepared with weights.
$50.00 charge for every 10' exceeding 30' No staking or drilling is permitted.
Electric Fee: 20amp $50.00 ea / 30amp $75.00 ea No grilling on sidewalks is allowed. If you are using
a fryer, you must provide a catch beneath the fryer, i.e.,
CHECK IN 225 W. 2nd. Street, Davenport, Iowa 52801 a mat or cardboard box to alleviate grease on the street,
SET UP: Friday after 6 p.m. Saturday before 8am or in city sewer.
Vehicles must be out of the fair area by 9:00 a.m. Vendors are responsible for maintenance and clean-up within
NO EXCEPTION and surrounding their area during and following the fairs.
Booth assignment will be given at check in. "Leave it as you found it" is a good guideline.
SECURITY: Must provide committee with IA tax identification or Social
Security number are required to collect and report all IA State
Vendors may leave display overnight, Fri. and Sat. at their own tax
risk. Security will be provided, however damage or loss will
be the responsibility of the vendor and not the fair committee. Must be in compliance with all Health Department standards.
Police & EMS will be present throughout the entire event. Booths must remain open during fair hours.
All prices must be posted throught the entire fair
